There is a 30 day warranty on all eye patches against manufacture defects only. Alterations to the eye patch of any kind is not warranteed. Exchange for same eye patch only, Refund is available only if product is returned within 14 days of receipt.
Unworn eye patches can be returned in the original shipping box or similar mailing box to prevent damage. Eye patches must be returned within 2 weeks in order to receive credit. Your account will be credited for the eye patch minus 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Custom eyepatches, initials, custom embroidery cannot be returned.

I just received my patch. It seems to be of good quality. I am having cataract surgery in both eyes and only need one for a short while. The patch looks great and I love it.

_p_I am a new eye patch user. After buying a first patch at a drug chain that looked like a "50's point bra on a sweatered movie star and which would not fit under (or over) my glasses, I bought a second from another drug store. This fell apart in 2 day and allowed enough light in to cause difficulty. The elastic strap stretched out in 3 days so I had to knot the cord. My wife (bonnie) wanted to order a patch form designer eye patch but I told her no--I am not a designer type and besides they were more expensive. As is frequently the case, my wife know better, ignored me, and ordered a patch anyway. (It was actually less expensive)_br /__/p__p_The patch is of high quality, fits perfectly, is comfortable, and fits beneath my eye glasses without shifting. I am so pleased, I have ordered a second patch as a spare and a patch for the contralateral eye which I use in the evening._/p__p_I think this is an excellent product and would highly recommend this company _br /__/p_

_p_Although I've only had this eyepatch a few days, I love it especially because of how well it suits me. I'm a large man who due to diabetes will likely always have issues with my vision, all of them coming from my right eye. Unfortunately, living in the UK does make eyepatches very hard to buy, seemingly nobody sells them here. Because I work in London for a bank, being dressed neatly is needed, and as such I found myself wanting something which would suit my suit._/p__p_This suits me very well and goes with my suit quite well, and I've only had praise so far for how it looks on me. It also fits very well and does cover the eye exactly as I hoped it would, being made with a great deal of care and attention. It especially feels as if it fits right over my eye, almost as if you can see my head and know how to make one that fits me._br /__/p__p_Many thanks for the eyepatch, I shall be wearing it all the time._br /__/p_
