Use a regular string, place it around your head, then measure the string with a ruler. Measure how you would wear the eye patch. Standard positioning is over both ears. Please let us know if you prefer to wear it a different way.
If you have a custom shape other than the standard shape, you can cut out a piece of paper and hold it up to your eye to make sure that you like that size. You can either mail that to us for an exact size, or measure it and send us the width and height that you would like.
Your choice is Convex (eye can blink), Semi-Convex (can be worn under glasses/eye can blink) , and Flat (for uses under glasses/eye unable to blink).
