There is a 30 day warranty on all eye patches against manufacture defects only. Alterations to the eye patch of any kind is not warranteed. Exchange for same eye patch only, refunds not available
Unworn eye patches can be returned in the original shipping box or similar mailing box to prevent damage. Your account will be credited for the eye patch minus 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Custom eyepatches, initials, custom embroidery cannot be returned.

I am so pleased with the eye patch you make, they are very comfortable and everyone says they look nice. I was also impressed with the turn around time from when I order to the time I receive the patches, usually about four days. I have found you to be a kind and very helpful person, keep up the good work.

i ve placed an order for my son, and it was wrong made by myself, so i contacted them and they were very nice they sent me another order in order to send back the wrong order. when i received it i contacted them for payment the 2nd order cuz it will be less expensive to pay than re-send them back.
i got a kind reply from them, that NO CHARGE in a deal to give it for DONATION which i really appreciate their way of dealing with customers.

After coming down with Bells Palsy I was unable to close my right eye. Looking around the city of Perth, in Australia, I was constantly referred to costume/fancy dress shops to find a suitable eyepatch. The pharmacies only carried the rigid plastic ones.
After finding this website I ordered a patch and it arrived at my location in less than 2 weeks.
It looks cool and feels very comfortable to wear.
